Magnesium carbonate Reagent is a light, white-coloured friable powder. Magnesium Carbonate is magnesium salt, an important source of elemental magnesium. It occurs in nature in the mineral magnesite although it is also obtained artificially. Magnesium Carbonate is synthesized by the chemical reaction of magnesium hydroxide and carbon dioxide.
