Dextrose Monohydrate FCC is a white hexagonal crystal which used starch as the raw materials. It has a specific odor of glucose and Soft sweet taste. Its molecular formula is C6H12O6 · H2O. It is freely soluble in water,sparingly soluble in alcohol. Dextrose Monohydrate is D-glucose crystallized with a water molecule. Dextrose is approximately 70% as sweet as sucrose.
